Our NOCO Wolves organization is fortunate to have a dedicated coaching staff and a passionate team manager who are committed to the growth and success of our players. Our coaches bring a deep love for the game and a desire to inspire and develop young athletes. While their backgrounds may vary, they all share a common goal: to create a positive and supportive learning environment where players can thrive. Supported by our diligent team manager, who ensures efficient operations and clear communication, our coaching staff works tirelessly to provide guidance, encouragement, and mentorship to our players. Together, they form a cohesive team that is dedicated to the overall development and enjoyment of the NOCO Wolves.

BEAU STERLING
11u COACH
Coach Beau, with several years of experience in coaching youth sports, is dedicated to instilling a desire in his players to continue playing baseball. His primary focus extends beyond player development; he also strives to cultivate a genuine love for the game. Having been a multisport athlete himself, Beau understands the trials and triumphs that arise when wholeheartedly dedicating oneself to honing their skills while managing life's diverse challenges. Growing up in a quaint Colorado mountain town and raising three children, Beau's leisure activities often involve participating in his local softball team, relishing the outdoors, and cherishing quality moments with loved ones.

AARON ALEXANDER
11u COACH
Aaron Alexander, a Colorado native, brings two decades of baseball experience to coaching youth sports. From high school to college at CSU and competitive play with NABA, Aaron's love for the game runs deep.
With his wife Rhonda and four kids by his side, Aaron has coached youth baseball, softball, and soccer for eight years. He also leads a 12u girls' softball team.
Off the field, Aaron enjoys staying active, playing softball and hitting the golf course whenever possible.
Aaron's dedication, experience, and passion make him a valuable mentor and leader in the youth sports community.

RYAN ROBERTS
11u COACH
Coach Ryan Roberts, comes to us from the Western Slope, and is thrilled to be joining the Wolves Family as a coach. Ryan has a deep passion for baseball, and is honored to have the opportunity to work with such a talented group of young athletes. His goal is to help each player develop their skills, understand the importance of teamwork, and most importantly, have fun on the field. One of Ryan's main goals is to focus on helping the team develop key baseball skills, both individually and as a team. He is committed to teaching the fundamentals of the game, as well as diving into the mental aspects of the game, like strategy, confidence, game awareness, and decision-making. Coach Ryan believes that growth comes from both effort and encouragement, so he's dedicated to fostering a positive environment where athletes can push themselves, learn from their mistakes, and celebrate their progress. He aims to ensure that every player leaves the season feeling more confident and capable both on and off the field.

ERIC HERAUF
11u COACH
Eric Herauf is a dedicated youth baseball coach with seven years of volunteer coaching experience. A married father of four, Eric has always loved sports, even dabbled in sports writing, with baseball being his first passion. Early on in becoming a father, he recognized the need in youth sports for volunteer coaches and positive role models to guide young athletes both on and off the field. Eric’s coaching philosophy prioritizes having fun, developing foundational skills, and fostering personal growth and resilience, ensuring players leave the field not just as better athletes but as confident individuals. In his free time, Eric enjoys playing cul-de-sac baseball, softball and basketball with his family, attending church, and spending time in the mountains. His commitment to family, faith, and fostering community extends into everything he does, making him a valued leader and mentor in youth baseball.

MARK LEACH
10u COACH
With over 30 years of experience in baseball as both a player and coach at the collegiate level, Mark brings a passion for mentoring and development both on and off the field. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Mark has spent over two decades as an Exercise Physiologist specializing in strength and conditioning, including eight years at NASA, working with U.S. and International Partner Astronauts. Mark's professional journey also includes healthcare administration and clinical research coordination with Banner and UC Health. As a Weld RE4 School Board Director, a devoted dad, and a dedicated volunteer, Mark strives to make a positive impact in our community every day.

JENNIFER STERLING
TEAM MANAGER
Jennifer's profound passion lies in fostering communication and inclusivity. She prioritizes establishing strong connections and keeping our players and their families well-informed. With a background in project management, Jennifer is dedicated to maintaining a high level of organization within the Wolves. Ever since her youth, she has harbored a deep love for the game of baseball, which fuels her immense joy in being an integral part of the NOCO Wolves. Jennifer, who is a parent to three children, takes pleasure in nurturing their individual passions. Let's go Wolves!
